  Out for a ride on the bike on a beautiful day we stopped in for gas in Beiseker and they had an attached cafe. Being known for always trying something new we decided to have a late lunch/ early supper. BJ's cafe is totally small town, old school. Love it! Asked to order a cocktail... no go. But! You can go next door (the next room) to the Lazy Ace Saloon and they have the same menu. Woo hoo!
  
  This place has character! They have posters for upcoming bands and looks like they host them on a regular basis. They have food specials and I had the steak sandwich daily special. Yep, the steak was fabulous and done perfectly to my usual preference of still mooing.
  
  Service was great, place was clean and they obviously have a passion for the Calgary Flames (to my Hub's, an Oilers fan, disappointment!). We will be back 100%.

  The food was awesome - it comes from BJ's restaurant which is attached on the other side. it's nothing fancy, but my hotdog & fries were 10/10, exactly what k wanted.
  The bar has VLTs, pool tables, a digital jukebox, and booze. All you need to bring is a couple of friends, and I guarantee you'll have a great time.

  We stopped there for breakfast on our way to Crossiron Mills. We arrived at 10 am and the staff immediately took our order but it took an hour before we got our food. What disappoints me most was that the food taste like shit, it wasn't even worth the wait. Will never come back.
